Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website booking system. All appointments are subject to practitioner availability and confirmation.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to accommodate subsequent appointments, with no reduction in fee.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

We understand that emergencies occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are subject to change. The price applicable to your service is the price confirmed at the time of booking.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide high-quality therapeutic services, individual results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Taiwan law, Quietude's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
